Online Furniture Move Form
Please use this form to request the removal or relocation of furniture and equipment. Work of this type is normally chargeable to the department. If you require a hard copy of this form, please contact the Job Controller on x2025. You must also be aware of of the following items: - Electronic equipment must be turned off and disconnected by the department.
- Photocopiers must be moved by the servicing agent.
- FM does not cover any damage to items. The Department must insure any items that are valuable.
- If items are removed from the wall, the Department may be asked to cover the cost of repairs to those walls.
- FM will require details of any heavy items to be moved as we may need specialised equipment to move them.
- FM can supply packing boxes for departments to fill prior to the move. Please note however that they must be unpacked promptly after the move and FM notified on x2025 so that they can be collected.
