Hire of Indoor Plants for Functions

Policy

The Grounds section provides a rental service on a short-term basis of potted palms for use in functions to be held on the University campus. A minimum of three working days notice is required.

It is recommended that bookings are made as early as possible to ensure availability.

The current charge is $44.00 for the delivery and collection of the palms to and from  the location,  plus a hire charge of $5.00 per palm per day.

Additional costs will occur for placement in the event area.

Email  the Job Controller (fmjobs@admin.uwa.edu.au) to book plants for a function, specifying time and date plants are required as well as a contact name and phone number.  Please also specify the Business Unit number to be charged.

Grounds Section

Confirms the booking with the hirer.

Arranges for delivery and collection of palms on the required day.
