In-house cleaners and cleaning contractors

Open and leave open teaching venues for which they are responsible in the morning during semester, unless otherwise directed by a departmental representative.

Open and leave open accessways leading to these teaching venues.

During semester breaks leave teaching venues locked unless directed otherwise by the Venues Office or Departmental representative.

NB: Cleaners are not responsible for unlocking other rooms, offices or areas during daytime hours.

Audio Visual Unit

Responsible for ensuring Central Teaching Facilities are opened in the morning and prepared for teaching purposes.

Persons requiring access to rooms after hours

Make their own arrangements with the department for access.
