Water Analysis Procedures

Policy

Testing of chilled water, boiler water and cooling tower water is conducted on a monthly basis by Contractor under the direction of Building Operations.

Procedures

  • Conducts testing of all chilled water, boiler water and cooling tower water each month.
  • Submits reports/documentation to Building Operations office.
Building Operations Administration
  • File and retain documentation in Central Building Operations office.
Specialist Chemical Contractors
  • Conducts chemical analysis and cleaning of all cooling towers on campus at three monthly intervals
