Vision, Mission and Ethics

Our Vision

FM will provide and manage the physical resources entrusted to out care, to enable the University to achieve international excellence in it's work.

This vision will be achieved, through consultation and communication with clients, by:

  • Proactively planning to optimise a sustainable physical infrastructure by identifying opportunities to enhance buildings, grounds and infrastructure.
  • Ensuring the appropriate application of operating capital to the improvement, renovation, and maintenance of physical resources through strategic asset management and being accountable for the allocated funds
  • Offering high quality, cost-effective and efficient services and advice
  • Ensuring staff, students and the public enjoy a safe environment
  • Utilising effective planning procedures, program driven delivery and project management processed
  • Providing services to the University community that reflect fairness and respect, encouraging a culture of teamwork and recognition of diversity


Our Mission

 

To provide facilities, services and strategic planning advice in the acquisition, development and maintenance of physical resources that support the University's vision and responsibilities within a wider community.


Our Ethical Guidelines

We will achieve our mission by emphasising the principles and values in our Ethical Guidelines:

Values of fairness and equity, and adherence to relevant laws and policies
