Print & toner cartridge recycling

All toner and printer cartridges are to be recycled and should not be disposed of in general waste The University's preferred supplier for print cartridges is WA Toner Supplies who offer a complete recycling service.

To recycle cartridges contact WA Toner Supplies to order a recycle box for your print room. Alternatively single cartridges can be picked up on one of the frequent days the company is on campus.

Disused printer cartridges are disassembled into their core components and sent to various recycling companies for processing. Nearly 100% of waste toner from used printer cartridges is extracted prior to recycling. The toner is captured in a specially developed fluid rendering the toner completely inert and safe for landfill disposal.
